BPMRT - 8012 FULLY AUTO PULP MOLDING HIGH-SPEED ROTARY FORMING MACHINE is designed for Unit Molding and Shaping. Additionally, there is an Environment-Friendly Hydraulic Device along with the PLC System. Our machinery adopts Omron PLC from Germany to control each process system which can be Monitored and Adjusted with the Touchable Video Screen.

Application

The machine can translate plants fiber sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp and wood pulp into food packages such as western-style food, dish, bowl, box, supermarket vegetable tray and various beverage cup, coffee cup and more. The packages are suit for microwave oven, oven, frozen, and distillation.Besides, Industrial packaging, electronic Packaging, Games packaging, and Cosmetic packaging can be manufactured. The packages are suited for the environment and are 100% biodegradable, 100% compostable, Durable insulating, and impervious to high temperatures. It's stronger and more durable than Styrofoam and other types of packaging.

Features

The system can realize setting procedures such as product weight and quality control, automatic remolding, collection and counting, time adjustment of drying and heat shaping, power distribution revision, which make it is able to supply water automatically, feed and mixslurry, form vacuum blank, shape under hot pressing and drying, collect and count of mold unloading. As for the automatic collection device for products, it consists optical fiber alarming device and transfer device for monitoring pulp product transferring and other usage. These devices are connected with computer system, if the fault occurs, it will automatically stop the devices and alarm.

• Fully Automatic Design - Complete computer production control, No need for a large group of operators. It is capable of automatic operations. It has the advantages of reliable performance, low energy consumption, easy to operate and maintain.
• The pulp flow from the pulp making equipment at the front-end to the production system is monitoring by the PLC computer. Pulp making and blending is performe by computers to reducing operator error. In the production planning and design, stainless steel piping is used and designe to the standard of food manufacturing. The rapid production process reduces wasted time at every key juncture, greatly decrease production duration. Achieving super high sustainable operational speed and stability.
• No Trim Design - Unique water jet trimmer and finisher eliminate needs to use a trimming equipment to trim the edges once the product is finished. Product edges are smooth with no scraps. The design reduces cost of trimming equipment and manual trimming and at the same time eliminate the problem of trim scraps.
• Auto Clean Devices - Complete cleaning planed. The stainless steel mesh in the mold is automatically washed during production. Each complete product has a stable weight count. No light exposure problem.
• Auto Stack - Product is automatically reject when it is dried, It has computerized automatic stacking and automatic product count. No more need for manual calculation and sorting.
• Rapid Mold Change - Mold can be changed in 30 minutes. This greatly reduces mold change time. It does not need special tool for mold change.
